Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 80 Percentage face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 35mm * 45mm). Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Visa Application form: completed and signed
Travel Insurance: Copy of travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalization expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs.
Emirates ID copy
Original and copy of Emirates ID and Emirates residence visa with at least 6 months validity from date of visa application.
Copy of Passport. A clear copy of your valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.
Noc From Company That You Have Been Granted Leave And Will Resume Work Post Your Trip
